Team Managers play a crucial role during meets as Swim England has strict adult-swimmers ratios to abide to.

Training is provided for free by SwimEngland (onine session) and you will join a supportive team of like-minded parents while having a chance to accompany your child poolside during meets.

More information can be found on the SwimEngland website: SwinEngland South East - Team Managers

The next available dates for training arein January. Booking is essential, use the following link: Book your training here

In order to become a Team Manager, you will need a SwimEngland number (contact our Membership Secretary here) as well as a full DBS for the club (this can be organised by Laura, our Welfare Officer, contact here).

Any questions, please do come and ask me (Luce) during our club night on Thursdays at Rivermead or drop me an email.
